Penta Consulting, a global provider of specialised Technology Resource Solutions has announced record-breaking financial results for the 2025 financial year.
- Turnover for FY2025 reached £153.2 million, a 117% increase (£82.6m) compared to FY2024 (£70.6m).
- Over the last two years, revenue has increased by an impressive 237%.
Discussing the results, Penta Consulting CEO Aminash Patel said “This phenomenal success and revenue growth is a testament to the hard work of our team and the strategy we have developed and deployed. Service Growth and International Focus
This exceptional performance was fuelled by significant growth across the business’ core service lines. Managed Resource and Managed Services saw outstanding revenue growth in particular. 180% and 122%, respectively, in FY2025.
Penta’s global expansion is also accelerating, with the company now delivering solutions in 80+ countries. This footprint has been reinforced with the establishment of new offices in Qatar and Italy.
Operational Excellence and Industry Recognition
Penta’s commitment to efficiency and driving success for its partners has allowed the business to scale quickly. While its global offices, revenue, technical resources, and countries of operation have expanded significantly, Penta’s internal team remains lean at around 60 full time staff.
Investment in technology and innovative practices, like automation, has driven efficiencies and enabled the business to generate impressive financial results with a relatively small team.
Penta’s reputation was also significantly enhanced by prestigious accolades in 2025, including being honoured with ‘The King’s Award for Enterprise for International Trade’ and being named ‘International Business of the Year’ and the ‘Overall Winner’ at the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry SME Business Awards 2025. This was matched by being recognised as a Sunday Times Best Place to Work and among the UK’s fastest growing private businesses in the Sunday Times Hundred.
