Should have excellent technical knowledge on ABO processes, Signals, Variable Maps, DVM, RSTT, Constraints, Eligibility & Compatibility, Attribute Adjustments, Volume & Tier Discounts, Contracts, Entitlements, Customizable Products, Promotions & Promotion Groups 3. Should have good knowledge on other Siebel modules such as Trouble Tickets, Marketing Management, Lead Management, Field Service Management etc. 4. Demonstrate excellent issue analysis and troubleshooting skill 5. Adhere to Siebel configuration best practices all times during SDLC 6. Drive workshop – Requirements, Configuration, Product Walkthrough 7. Should participate in Solution Governance, Architecture, Designing & Estimating large-scale CRM solutions in Siebel in Telco space. 8. Should be comfortable in participating in proposal preparation for prospective customers. 9. Create functional and Technical Design Documents for critical areas of the Project. 10. Review Functional Design Documents (FDDs),Technical Design Documents, and Code prepared by consultants 11. Should have rich exposure in Oracle RODOD architecture & integration with other BSS/OSS Applications. 12. Should have sound knowledge in the latest eTOM-based models and processes for Telco Industry. 13. Team participation and communication 14. Demonstrate excellent verbal & written communication skill. 15. Able to communicate effectively with higher management in customer locations. 16. Comfortable in conducting workshops at Customer locations. 17. Guide consultants working in different functional and Technical areas. 18. Work efficiently within one or more virtual teams along with Application Engineers, QA engineers, Project Managers and other members of the organization. 19. Consult with customers on implementation and maintenance of customized Siebel implementations. 20. Attend and participate in team meetings & participate in design workshops with customers either on-site or by phone and desktop sharing. 21. Conduct custom product support training for customers as required Mandatory Skills: 1. Minimum 8-10 years of core Siebel experience 2. Should have worked as a Solution Architect in a minimum of 2 large Projects in Telco Industry. 3. Should have worked as a Siebel SME in minimum 2-3 projects in design & development involving Customer Management, Order Management, Pricing & Product Modeling in Telco Industry. 4. Knowledge of Agile, Water Fall & Iterative project methodology 5. Knowledge of the Telecom industry is a must. 6. Previous Consulting Experience Required 7. Technically should be well versed in Configuration, Scripting, Workflows, EAI, and EIM in Siebel. 8. Knowledge of Open UI framework is preferable

Mandatory Skills:

• A strong understanding of telecoms IT architecture, specifically RODOD architecture preferably BSS/OSS understanding, across multiple implementation projects & phases.
• Project delivery experience across full lifecycle, including business & application architecture, design, implementation, testing, migration, project governance & change management.
• Must have end-to-end order flow visibility in different systems (CRM, BRM, AIA, OSM, UIM, ASAP etc.) for Telecom Enterprise (MPLS, IPLC, Broadband, VoIP etc.) and GSM Services (Prepaid/Postpaid etc) .
• Team leadership combining onsite/remote project activities and acting as coach/mentor to more junior team members.
• Strong customer-facing domain skills - should be able to drive billing/charging-related workshops with the customer.
• Strong understanding of telecoms prepaid/postpay/convergent billing & charging architecture and associated integrations (mediation, voucher management, G/L, A/R, taxation integrations).
• Understanding of Product catalog modelling, Siebel and RODOD workflows.
• Experience of industry models & standards, including TM Forum ODA, 3GPP Charging
• Management specification, Diameter protocol, IFRS and other regulatory policies
• Experience of industry standard business processes, regional/local legal, regulatory & cultural best practices & constraints.

Technical skills-

• Proficiency using Enterprise Architecture tools and methods to capture business requirements, designs, test case development, use case documentation.
• Experience working in waterfall, Agile/Scrum or iterative model projects and flexibility to work in a DevOps environment.
• Previous technical background including programming & scripting skills (C, C++, Java,python) and experience working with RDBMS.
•  Understanding of modern application integration paradigms, REST architecture style
• Understanding of Cloud Native tools, technologies and framework.
