HPE selected Penta Consulting as a tier one supplier to solely support a multimillion-dollar programme to set up a new Security Operations Center (SOC) for Qatar Gas. HPE chose us based on our extensive experience in the field, having supported HPE in this region for over three years and globally for over 15 years, along with proven case studies for IBM and Dell.
Solution:
Our solution was comprehensive and included compliant staffing for the entire programme, assessment of risks and vulnerabilities, analysis of systems to identify and mitigate threats and ensure compliance. We also created and administered policies and procedures for security governance and championed the establishment of the SOC and Network Operations Center (NOC).
Result:
Thanks to our efforts, the programme was staffed successfully, and we helped our client to ensure full compliance with all relevant regulations. We are proud to have championed the establishment of the SOC and the NOC, which will go a long way in securing Qatar Gas operations.
