Cloud Solution Architect - MECM & Intune

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cloud Solution Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) and Microsoft Intune. This role will be pivotal in designing, implementing, managing and optimizing modern device management solutions across hybrid and cloud environments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, scalable, and efficient endpoint management aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architecture & Design
o Lead the design and architecture of endpoint management solutions using MECM and Intune.
o Develop scalable and secure cloud-based device management strategies.
o Integrate MECM with Intune for co-management scenarios.

• Implementation & Deployment
o Oversee deployment and configuration of MECM and Intune across enterprise environments.
o Migrate legacy systems to modern cloud-based management platforms.
o Automate device provisioning, compliance policies, and application deployment.

• Security & Compliance
o Implement security baselines, conditional access policies, and endpoint protection.
o Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.

• Collaboration & Leadership
o Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to align endpoint strategies.
o Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and support staff.
o Engage with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Monitoring & Optimization
o Monitor performance and health of endpoint management systems.
o Continuously optimize configurations for performance, cost, and user experience.

• Administration & Support
o Provide 3rd level support for MECM and Intune infrastructure.
o Troubleshoot and correct MECM client and distribution point errors including failed MECM deployments and MECM health issues
o Administer the SCCM tool set back end to keep the system running and healthy, including changes to the core components and settings, software delivery, client heath, reporting, boundaries, and bandwidth settings

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in designing and implementing MECM and Intune solutions.
• Strong understanding of Windows 10/11, Azure Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with co-management, autopilot, and mobile device management (MDM).
• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture and endpoint security principles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate or equivalent.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
• Experience in enterprise-scale environments with hybrid cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with other cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) is a plus.
