Cloud Solution Architect - Identity, Endpoint Management & Modern Workplace

Role Overview:

• We are seeking an experienced Cloud Solution Architect specializing in Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Endpoint Management technologies to design, implement, and govern secure, scalable, and modern workplace solutions.
• The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders, leading the architecture, strategy, and delivery of identity, device management, security, and endpoint modernization initiatives. This role requires strong technical expertise combined with excellent stakeholder management, consultancy, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture & Design

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale cloud identity and endpoint management solutions.
  
• Develop architecture roadmaps aligned with security, compliance, and business transformation objectives.
  
• Design secure identity solutions leveraging Microsoft Entra ID capabilities.
  
• Create high-level and low-level solution designs, architecture diagrams, and technical documentation.
  Provide governance and architectural oversight throughout project lifecycles.

Microsoft Entra ID

• Design and implement Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA),Conditional Access Policies, Identity Governance
  
• Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR), Hybrid Identity Solutions,B2B and B2C Identity Architectures
  
• Architect secure integration between cloud and on-premises identity platforms.
  
• Implement Zero Trust security principles across identity platforms.
  
• Lead directory consolidation and identity modernization initiatives.

Microsoft Intune & Endpoint Management

• Design and deploy endpoint management strategies using Microsoft Intune.
  Develop device lifecycle management solutions for: Windows 11, macOS, iOS/iPadOS,Android

  Implement:

• Mobile Device Management (MDM)
• Mobile Application Management (MAM)
• BYOD solutions
• Autopilot provisioning
• Compliance Policies
• Configuration Profiles
• Update Management
• Application Packaging & Deployment
• Design modern workplace solutions supporting hybrid and remote working models.

Security & Compliance:

• Embed security-by-design principles into all architecture solutions.
• Define endpoint security baselines and hardening standards.

Implement:

• Microsoft Defender for Endpoint integrations
• Conditional Access frameworks
• Compliance reporting
• Data protection controls
• Device risk management strategies
• Support regulatory compliance initiatives, including ISO27001, GDPR, and industry-specific requirements.

Technical Leadership

• Act as the technical authority for identity and endpoint technologies.
• Provide consultancy and strategic guidance to clients, project teams, and stakeholders.
• Lead technical workshops, discovery sessions, and solution reviews.
• Mentor engineers and technical consultants.
  Contribute to standards, best practices, and governance frameworks.

Project Delivery

• Lead architecture workstreams within large-scale transformation programmes.
• Produce statements of work, technical proposals, and effort estimates.
• Manage technical risks and dependencies.
  Support project managers and delivery teams throughout implementation phases.
