Senior Network Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Network Engineer to support the delivery of enterprise networking, datacentre, cloud, and security projects. Working closely with architects and customer stakeholders, you will be involved in solution design, implementation, lifecycle management, and infrastructure automation across complex environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support architecture and infrastructure design using established frameworks and best practices.
• Contribute to High-Level and Low-Level Designs (HLD/LLD) and solution documentation.
• Design and deploy networking, datacentre, hybrid cloud, and platform solutions.
• Implement Security-by-Design principles and ensure compliance with ISO 27001, BIO, and NORA standards.
• Support automation and orchestration initiatives using tools such as Ansible and PowerShell.
• Participate in lifecycle reviews, health checks, and platform upgrades.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and customer teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in ICT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience with enterprise networking and infrastructure environments.
• Knowledge of:

  • Cisco Networking & Security technologies (ACI, Firewalls, VPNs)

  • VMware vSphere, Windows & Linux Server environments
  • Azure and Active Directory
  • Kubernetes / Rancher
  • PowerShell, Ansible, and automation concepts
• Understanding of security hardening and compliance frameworks.
• Fluent Dutch and English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• CCNA, CCNP, or other Cisco certifications.
• TOGAF and/or SAFe Architect certification.
• Experience with Python automation.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
