Senior Network Engineer

We're hiring a Senior Network Engineer to support a complex Cisco enterprise environment, providing expert troubleshooting, incident management, and technical leadership across datacenter, networking, security, and automation technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve critical Sev 1 & 2 network incidents and provide escalation support
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and deliver technical recommendations
• Support customer change management and maintenance windows
• Deliver technical insights for Quarterly Business Reviews
• Work closely with customer and Cisco support teams

Key Skills:

• Cisco Nexus, VXLAN, EVPN, MP-BGP, IS-IS
• Enterprise Routing & Switching (BGP, OSPF, L2/L3)
• Cisco ISE, RADIUS/TACACS+, Firewalls
• Automation with Python, Ansible & Postman
• Optical Networking (DWDM, SFP/QSFP technologies)

Requirements:

• Strong Cisco networking background
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise or datacenter environments
• Excellent troubleshooting and customer-facing skills
• CCNP or CCIE preferred
