Business Analyst - Payments

Penta Consulting are a technology service provider and leading outsourced partner helping to deliver professional and managed solutions across EMEA, North America and LATAM.

We’re supporting a banking client of ours in Johannesburg, searching for a Senior Business Analyst for an upcoming payments programme.

This is a 10 month extendable contract, working hybrid in Rosebank, JHB.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years’ business analysis experience, including current-state and future-state process documentation, requirements management, operating-model or governance design, workshop facilitation, process modelling and impact analysis.
• CBAP, ECBA or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Financial services, payments, regulatory or compliance exposure is advantageous.
• Support the Programme Manager and work-package leads with integrated delivery coordination, requirements management, critical-path monitoring, dependency management, change planning and executive escalation.
