Automation Project Manager

Overview:

We're searching for an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery of SAP S/4HANA customizations (i.e. Greenfield +) as well as integrations and automations with other systems within the ecosystem. S/4 customizations to include z tables, workflows, extensions, forms and custom developments. Integration to include setup and build interfaces upstream/downstream of S/4 system.

Required skills/experience:

• 10+ years in ERP/technology delivery, including 5+ years leading SAP integration and development workstreams.
• Experience in at least one large SAP S/4HANA transformation with multiple vendors and complex interfaces.
• Experience managing global implementation team, including both IT and business.
• Experience in production deployment and hypercare support, including handover to production-support/operations team.
• SAP S/4HANA and RISE architecture
• SAP middleware technology
• Middleware architecture and standard implementation options
• Industry standard development framework and methodology, including typical deliverables/artifacts
• WRICEF objects

Responsibilities:

• Part of of large program management team where Extension, Integration and Automation is a separate workstream with a dedicated project manager.
• Own the integrated workstream plan, milestones, budget, resources, RAID items, and dependencies.
• Coordinate planning and execution across Core S/4, Functional, Development and third-party application teams.
• Understand requirement completely to identify scope of work.
• Based on scope of work, coordinate with Core S/4, functional, development and integration technical team leads to identify design and implementation dependencies (upstream/downstream), and develop appropriate implementation plan.
• Based on scope of work and implementation phases, build out FUT and System Integration Testing scope (i.e. testing scenarios, test cases, test data needs) for these workstreams. Testing scope to cover stand-alone, integration and regression scenarios.
• Build out support plan for UAT testing.
