SAP Security Consultant

Penta Consulting is a leading technology services partner delivering professional and managed solutions across EMEA.

We're hiring an SAP Security Consultant for one of our major global technology partners. This role will focus on delivering SAP Security, Authorisations, GRC, and Identity Governance capabilities as part of a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programme, supporting the transition from ECC security to a modern Fiori-first security model.

Key Responsibilities

Design and build SAP security roles and authorisations
Lead role redesign activities for SAP S/4HANA
Configure and support SAP GRC Access Control and SAP IAG
Perform SoD analysis and remediation activities
Support Firefighter migration and user provisioning workflows
Configure SAP Fiori catalog security
Integrate SAP security solutions with SailPoint, IAS, and IPS
Support audit, compliance, testing, cutover, and Hypercare activities

Key Requirements

7+ years of SAP Security experience
Minimum 2 SAP S/4HANA project implementations
Strong expertise in SAP Authorisations, SAP GRC Access Control, SAP IAG, and Fiori Security
Experience delivering large-scale role redesign programmes
Strong understanding of SoD analysis, compliance, and identity governance

Nice to Have

Experience with SailPoint, IAS, and IPS integrations
SAP Security Certification
SAP GRC Access Control Certification
