Penta Consulting rises to #2 in the FAST 50
Penta Consulting has been named the second fastest-growing staffing business in the UK, climbing eight places in Recruiter Magazine’s FAST 50 2026.

Penta Consulting has ranked #2 overall in the Recruiter FAST 50 2026, rising from number 10 in the previous ranking and establishing itself as the highest-ranked company classified in the Technology sector.
The annual FAST 50 ranking showcases high-growth recruitment businesses, with recording £153.2 million in revenue and compound annual growth of 83.63% in the 2026 table.
The result places behind only Zen Educate in the overall ranking. It also puts Penta significantly ahead of the other companies classified specifically as Technology, with the next appearing at #22.
From Number 10 to Number 2
The move from 10th to 2nd represents an eight-place rise for Penta, providing another external marker of the momentum behind the business.
What makes this year's FAST 50 position particularly significant is the scale behind the ranking.
With revenue of £153,233,461, Penta has the highest revenue of the three businesses at the top of the 2026 FAST 50. The businesses ranked first and third report revenues of approximately £67.9 million and £54.3 million respectively.
That combination of scale and sustained growth supports the direction Penta is taking as the business continues developing its offering to global businesses, helping them secure the specialist capability required to turn technology strategy into delivery.
