Penta wins two top industry awards
Global telecommunications recruiter Penta Consulting (www.pentaconsulting.com), based in Wallington, picked up two national awards last night (14th November) for Best Company to Work For and Best International Recruitment Company at the 2012 Recruitment International awards in central London.
Beating off stiff competition from the top 250 recruitment companies nationwide, Penta’s international business, which last year accounted for almost 75% of Penta’s profits and which delivered recruitment services in over 85 countries, was deemed a world beater. The company’s unrivalled understanding of its markets in Asia, South Africa, China and Japan and pioneering staffing services was considered a winning combination.
Penta was also thrilled to win Best Company to Work for reflecting its strong commitment to employee engagement, providing opportunities for staff to develop their career potential and providing a really good working environment. Against such a strong field, being considered by the judges to be standing head and shoulders above its competitors, is testimony to the fact that Penta staff are very positive about coming to work and feel inspired by the leadership team.
Earlier this year Penta was ranked as the 13th Best Small Company to Work for in the UK by the Sunday Times and achieved a three star Best Companies accreditation for its ‘extraordinary’ workplace.
In order to fuel its ambitious global growth plans Penta is looking for talented individuals to join its winning teams both here in the UK and overseas. For more information, email Amy Carsen at amycarsen@pentaconsulting.com.
