The new Pentacademy offers a suite of interactive e-learning courses and modules covering a wide range of essential recruitment and business skills to enable new and existing consultants to accelerate their own learning. This learning and development hub, which offers up to 50 days of training per year, is visual and interactive providing clear career mapping by showing the competencies and criteria necessary to get to the next level within the business. Individuals can access the training in their own time dramatically improving the development of employees working in our satellite offices.
