Six monthly incentive trips
Over the past few years consultants and support staff who met their targets have enjoyed fabulous long weekends around the world.  Destinations have included Marbella, Amsterdam and Dublin but the current favourite hot spot is Dubai.  The first Penta trip was to the five star Habtoor Grand.

Account Manager James Pickard who has been on several of Penta’s incentive trips said that Dubai was the best ever by a considerable margin.  “It was exciting to be in the Middle East and there was so much to do that everyone was happy.  We all had a wonderful time and it was a great opportunity to really get to know colleagues better."

On our second trip we stayed at the breathtaking Atlantis The Palm which provided unrivalled luxury and was a wonderful base from which to enjoy everything the resort has on offer. “It was quality from the moment we got off the plane to the moment we got back on three days later.  It was really luxurious and we had an amazing time."

Over the past year staff have enjoyed a fabulous time on the piste with a four day weekend in Chamonix where the snow was great and the sun was scorching, a trip to Dubai and a fun relaxing four days in Cyprus.

Income
You don't have to wait for six months to be rewarded and recognised at Penta because we have monthly awards and cash prizes for individuals and teams as well as unlimited earning potential for our top performers.   You will be paid a basic salary depending on your experience and once you start generating income you will also be earning generous amounts of uncapped commission.  Realistically you could earn between £30K and £40K in your first year.

Fun
So, yes we work hard but we also know how to have a good time. We have an active sports and social club which is subsidised and there are lots of different opportunities for you to have fun with your colleagues outside of the working day.  Last year we had a trip to a comedy club, went ice-skating, go-karting, to the races, out for a meal, bowling and much much more and we have some great events planned for 2010 including a trip to Thorpe Park, a day at Ascot and a concert at Epsom Downs.
