Paul Clark – Chief Executive Officer & Founder
Paul is co-founder and CEO of Penta Consulting Ltd, which was established in 1998 as a specialist IT recruitment company. Today Penta is one of the UK’s leading providers of IT and Telco staffing solutions both here in the UK and globally. Prior to setting up Penta, Paul spent two years with a large recruitment firm with Richard Wilson and together they decided to set up a recruitment business with a difference and that difference was its customer centric approach. Paul won the prestigious Entrepreneur of the Year title at the 2012 Sutton Business Awards and has been shortlisted for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award twice.

Richard Wilson – Sales Director & Co-Founder
Richard is a dynamic sales professional who co-founded Penta Consulting in 1998,and was instrumental in making Penta Consulting one of the UK’s leading providers of IT and Telco staffing services. Richard has more than 17 years’ experience in the banking and financial IT recruitment industry. During this time, he has managed a personal contract base of over 60 consultants, of which 50 were at one client, and has set up and successfully run our professional services / ‘niche’ banking division which turns over in excess of £10 million pa. Richard has a very successful background in sales which continues to be his niche market. In addition, Richard has a wide network of clients and long term relationships within the industry.

Jamie Sobrany – Managing Director
As MD Jamie heads up both Penta’s IT and Telco divisions. With more than ten years’ experience of supporting ICT and business needs at Penta,  Jamie initially focused on the fixed line market Data, Voice and Transmission. More recently he has specialised in Wireless Networks. Positions held within the markets ranged from senior consultant understanding both the market and technical environment for both major Telco clients and contractors. Jamie has been instrumental in building Penta’s global partnerships and offices and his experience has enabled him to grow our dedicated telecoms delivery team and a very strong telecoms global database.

Ian Storrier - FCCA Chief Financial Officer
Ian joined Penta as Financial Director in August 2007. A certified accountant by training Ian has a strong track record in helping businesses to develop by providing proactive accountancy services for a number of people based businesses in the construction and FM sectors. In addition to the accounting and finance functions Ian also has responsibility for legal, insurance and management information systems and company secretarial responsibilities.

Nicky Iandoli - Director Contract Recruitment
Nicky has been with Penta since 1999 and heads up the Open Market Contract Division. His wide ranging experience across the business and in-depth knowledge of and expertise in the technical recruitment market, along with his passion to deliver a quality service help him to ensure that his teams focus on client satisfaction as well as meet challenging targets.


Peter Collins - Managed Services Sales Director
Peter has been working in the the recruitment industry for over 15 years. During this time, he has managed a personal contract base of over 50 consultants. Peter is responsible for our Managed Services division driving sales and developing new opportunities though Penta’s portfolio of service offerings. He has excellent communication and customer relationship skills and is highly skilled at managing his account teams, organising and prioritising work schedules and managing account performance.  Peter focuses on a values driven approach to account management and service delivery.


John Foley - Non Executive Chairman
John is Penta’s first non executive director and the senior management team is delighted to have him on board. John is a qualified Barrister and Chartered Accountant who has served on the Boards of a number of private and public companies ranging from radio stations to foundry groups. He was Chief Executive of MacLellan Group plc (a provider of facilities management services) from 1994 to 2006. When he joined that Group in October 1994 it employed just 60 people but it was developed into a group employing 15,000 people and turning over £230 million when it was sold to Interserve Plc in June 2006 for £120 million. John has recruitment industry experience since he served on the board of Lorien plc until its sale in 2007 and he is currently a director of Servoca Plc.

Robert Harverson - Non Executive Director
Robert has a very successful background in the construction industry and has been personally involved with Penta as a major financial backer since the inception of the company in 1998. Penta has benefited from his extensive business background and from his ability to see Penta from the outside. Robert has made a major contribution to the success of Penta and continues to do so in a non executive capacity.
